Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel a scheduled pickup, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance or earlier. Cancellations made after a driver has been dispatched or garments have been received for processing are not eligible for store credit consideration.

No Refund Policy: AirWash24 does not issue cash or credit card refunds for any completed, scheduled, or prepaid service order.

Store Credits

In exceptional circumstances, AirWash24 may issue a store credit as a goodwill accommodation at the sole discretion of the owner. Store credits are not guaranteed and require written approval.

• Store credits must be formally requested and approved by the AirWash24 owner.
• Approved credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and will expire without exception if unused.
• Store credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original account holder.
• Credits may not be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
