Our mission at AirWash24 Premium Pickup & Delivery is to provide the highest quality, reliable laundry service across the metro Phoenix, AZ area. We understand that your garments are valuable, and you are putting your trust in AirWash24 to care for them with professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail.

We treat every order with care and use cleaning methods we believe are best suited to the fabric type and condition of your garments. We also rely on you to share any special care instructions, manufacturer guidelines, or concerns so we can deliver the best possible results.

Some garments may have natural wear, delicate fibers, or hidden conditions that are not visible during normal inspection. In these cases, we are unable to assume responsibility for issues related to those conditions. This applies especially to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, and garments with embellishments such as buttons, beads, sequins, or decorative trims.

Because fabric behavior can vary, during the laundering process we cannot guarantee against color loss or bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to delicate or weakened fabrics.

Please ensure that your garments are free of items in pockets that may cause damage. For the safety of our team and your garments, we are not responsible for checking pockets or for any damage caused by items left inside.

To help protect your order, your garments are weighed before and after processing as part of our loss prevention process.

In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged, AirWash24’s liability is limited to a refund of up to 50% of the proven cost of the garment, after any applicable insurance coverage is deducted. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include photos and a detailed description. Our team will review and respond within 72 hours.

Privacy Policy

During the course of business, we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, and payment information to process and fulfill your order. This information is used only to provide your service, communicate with you, and manage your experience with AirWash24.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Protecting your privacy and your data is a priority for us.
